Clinic Nurse Manager - Clinic
As a valued part of the leadership team, the Clinic Nurse Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating day-to-day operations of the clinic in a manner that promotes high employee morale, top-quality patient care and a professional clinic atmosphere. Supervision of clinical staff, billing and collections will be routine to ensure clinic compliance. The Clinic Nurse Manager will maintain inter-departmental relationships within FRHS to assist with patient navigation throughout the healthcare system. Community integration is essential and will be established and maintained by fostering strong ties with local businesses and medical services throughout the community.


Education: Must have a current RN license in good standing.

Work Experience: Prefer a minimum of three to five years of clinic management experience that demonstrates:

In-depth knowledge of the Rural Health Clinic including: staffing, billing, reimbursement and patient flow
Leadership in core values
Clear, effective communication skills
A mature approach to problem-solving
Negotiating skills
Detail orientation
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and schedules
Knowledge of medical practices and terminology
Budget development and maintenance
Skills in using electronic healthcare record systems
